Sometimes it may be hard to figure out how to start or even get unstuck from our current situation or life circumstances, especially when we experience a traumatic experience. At the Social Growth Center, we want to first, build you up and make sure you have the tools, skills, and strength necessary to walk with us through your trauma and learn that it does not define who you are and there is hope for a different life. We focus on the use of evidence-based practices to assist you in processing your traumatic experiences and we are trained in Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Integrative Treatment of Complex Trauma (ITCT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy-Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE).
